This time round, I look at making the Anglia handle less like jelly, by installing some anti-roll bars (or if you’re American, sway bars)
This is my last-minute preparation for 2026’s Street Weekend, where I’m also competing again!

In this long overdue episode, I go over where I’ve been for the last year, and how I got on in Street Weekend 2024… and Street Weekend 2025!
As I announted last time, I’m taking part in Street Weekend 2024 on 14-16th June

In this episode, I do the final last preparations for that gruelling 3 day and 400+ mile long event… and possibly one of the most important things I’ve ever done to the car! (Well, I think so, anyway…)
It’s been a little while again, but I’m here with a little update of what I’ve been up to, and to announce that I’m taking part in Street Weekend 2024 on 14-16th June

Apologies for the audio & picture quality, it’s not as good as I would like, I damaged my camera and so am just using my phone – it’ll get better in the future as I have a new camera incoming!
Following my crash at Blyton Park, I didn’t feel like doing much with the car, so I didn’t – here’s my summary of what’s been going on with me for the last year, how I’ve been feeling, and just some general ramblings.
Apologies for the audio quality, it’s not as good as I would like, but having not done anything for a while, I think I’ve got out of practice, and by the time I realised the audio was bad, I’d already recorded all of this… it’ll get better in the future!
Following my crash at Blyton Park, I finally get round to assessing the damage with the help of my Hunter four wheel alignment machine… and do some crude whiteboard drawings in the process!
I considered the Anglia as finally “finished” (well, for this batch of changes), so decided to get it out of the garage and use it.
The first thing I planned was a track day at Blyton Park with Trackday Solutions for their “Classic & Retro” day.
Things didn’t really go according to plan… and I crashed it 🙁
In this episode, I finally get around to finishing off the itty-bitty tasks on the Anglia as and when I have a spare few minutes here and there – blow off valve testing, oil pressure/temperature sensor, stopping the bonnet from rubbing against the bulkhead and installing a fire extinguisher.
In this episode, I continue work on making the new chargecooler fit – along with the new heat exchanger/radiator, and all the other supporting changes.Sorry for the delay between videos – this took way more work than I expected!
Back on the Anglia this time, where I finally make a start on fitting the huge new chargecooler – and of course almost everything about it needs changing!
